The core Suruka training experience focused on real-world awareness and physical response. Start with no prior knowledge and walk away ready to apply what you’ve learned.Come with experience and you’ll be challenged beyond traditional martial arts training, refining skills that hold up under real pressure.The course runs across three progressive stages. Each stage builds on the last.Stage 1 - Awareness and foundational response. No prior experience needed.
Stage 2 - Applied skills under pressure. For those who have completed Stage 1.
Stage 3 - Refinement and stress-testing at a higher intensity. For those who have completed Stage 2.
